What is a "test fit"
Generally, an architectural test fit is a preliminary, high-level feasibility study or floor plan used by architects and designers to determine if a specific, desired programme, such as number of offices, workstations or conference rooms will fit within a particular, potential site. It acts as a "dress rehearsal" for a design project, allowing stakeholders to visualize space utilization and identify potential issues, such as code compliance or inefficient flow, before signing a lease or committing to a purchase.
Our test fits go beyond this definition as they not only preceed architect's work, but they can be fully integreated and developed as they are already modelled with 3D software and to standards used by architects.
