Floor Plan Assessment
The corporate office interiors are briefly assessed for compliance and the overall suitability of the premises for the intended use. This can include calculation of the optimal occupational density and notes about potential concerns related to circulation and availabililty of services in the subject property.
Interior Test Fits
We provide floor plan layouts presented as black and white or colour coded 2D plans. They contain generic furniture, annotation and comments. They can also include detailed list of proposed spaces, metrics calculations or other notes as needed.
Design Options
Multiple design options can be modelled to show potential scenarios with modifications to selected areas.
Design options are useful when we need to compare variety of use modes, densities or space types combinations. They help to find the most suitable layout or e.g. to compare day 1 vs. potential future expansion.
The focus can be on certain area, or the entire floor plan to see how spaces work in various locations, or, for example, to compare the space utilisation with two workstation types or sizes.
3D Axonometric Views
When the goal is to impress the client or to communicate the intended layout to wider audience, we can provide the floor layouts in 3D axonometric views. Entire floor plan or selected spaces can be exported.
Metrics
We can review the existing space dimensions and identify potential strengths and weeknesses based on the floor shape and amenities. ​Proposed floor plans can include the breakdown of worksharing ratios, metrics of the new spaces and the average occupancy per space type ratios.
